HOUSE BILL 873

AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE INTERSTATE COOPERATION COMMISSION.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1.  There is hereby appropriated the sum of four thousand dollars ($4,000.00) for fiscal year 1969-70, and the additional sum of four thousand dollars ($4,000.00) for the fiscal year 1970-71 for operating expenses for the Interstate Cooperation Commission.

Sec. 2.  All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3.  This Act shall become effective July 1, 1969.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 1st day of July, 1969.
