AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION TO SUPPLEMENT THE PROGRAMS OF THE DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1.  There is hereby appropriated, in addition to the appropriation set forth in the current operation fund (Committee Substitute for HB20), to the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction for use by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, the sum of twenty‑eight thousand dollars ($28,000.00) during the fiscal year 1969-70 and the additional sum of twenty-eight thousand dollars($28,000.00) during the fiscal year 1970-71.

Sec. 2.  All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3.  The effective date of this Act shall be July 1, 1969.
