HOUSE BILL 178

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF TRANSYLVANIA TO FIX THE FEES TO BE PAID TO THE JAILER FOR SAID COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1.  The Board of Commissioners for the County of Transylvania is hereby authorized and empowered, to pay the jailer of said County the sum of two dollars ($2.00) per day for each prisoner lawfully confined in the common county jail.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
