HOUSE BILL 772

AN ACT RELATING TO REPAIR, CLOSING AND DEMOLITION OF UNFIT DWELLINGS IN THE CITY OF ROCKY MOUNT.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Rocky Mount may adopt an ordinance permitting the hearing described in Section 160-184 (2) of the General Statutes to be held at a place in the City of Rocky Mount and said place need not be in the County in which the property about which the hearing is to be conducted is located.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
