HOUSE BILL 828

AN ACT AMENDING CHAPTER 192 OF THE 1969 SESSION LAWS INDICATING THE SECTION OF THE GENERAL STATUTES AMENDED.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1.  Chapter 192 of the 1969 Session Laws, An Act Relating To Right Of Appeal In Drainage District Hearings, is hereby amended by inserting in Sec. 3 before "(15)" the words:

"G.S. 156-93.3(15) is hereby rewritten to read as follows:".

Sec. 2.  All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3.  This Act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 7th day of May, 1969.
