AN ACT TO AMEND G.S. 115A-39 ENLARGING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH CAROLINA VOCATIONAL TEXTILE SCHOOL.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1.  G.S. 115A-39, as the same appears in Volume 3A, 1966 Replacement, of the North Carolina General Statutes, is hereby amended by striking out the word "six" immediately following the word "of" and immediately preceeding the word "members" in line 2 thereof and inserting the word "nine".

Sec. 2.  All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3.  This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
