SENATE BILL 340

AN ACT AMENDING CHAPTER 153, SECTION 9(43) OF THE GENERAL STATUTES OF NORTH CAROLINA, RELATING TO A SPECIAL TAX FOR THE EXPENSES OF THE OFFICE OF COUNTY ACCOUNTANT, FARM AND HOME DEMONSTRATION AND VETERANS SERVICE OFFICER.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1.  G.S. 153-9(43) is hereby amended to add Rowan County to the list of counties covered by said section.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
