HOUSE BILL 626
AN ACT TO PRESCRIBE CERTAIN RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS RELATIVE TO THE OBTAINING OF CHIROPRACTIC SERVICES FROM PRACTITIONERS OF CHIROPRACTIC LICENSED BY THE STATE.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. General Statute 58-260, as the same appears in the 1967 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 2B of the General Statutes of North Carolina, is hereby amended by: inserting immediately after the word "dentist," in lines 3 and 7 of the second paragraph thereof, the words "or a duly licensed chiropractor,".
Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
