SENATE BILL 702

AN ACT AMENDING G.S. 14-111.2 RELATING TO OBTAINING AMBULANCE SERVICES WITHOUT INTENDING TO PAY THEREFOR, SO AS TO MAKE SAID ACT APPLICABLE TO STANLY COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1.  G.S. 14-111.2, as the same appears in the 1967 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 1B of the General Statutes, is amended by adding the word "Stanly" after the word "Randolph" in the last line thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
