HOUSE BILL 532

AN ACT providing for the maintenance of cemeteries in graham county from ad valorem taxes under general law.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 9 of Chapter 797 of the 1957 Session Laws is repealed so that the general law applies.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 9^th day of June, 2011.
