HOUSE BILL 352

AN ACT at the request of the city of kannapolis to delay for two years the legislative annexation of the Southland Development tracts in southern Rowan County.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 2 of S.L. 2009-113 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 2. This act becomes effective September 30, 2011.2013."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 14^th day of June, 2011.
