SENATE BILL 68

AN ACT to prohibit hunting and fishing on the property of another without written permission in robeson county.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1. Section 4 of Chapter 204 of the 1985 Session Laws, as amended by Chapter 483 of the 1991 Session Laws, reads as rewritten:

"Sec. 4. This act applies only to Hoke, Cleveland, Robeson, and Scotland Counties."

SECTION 2.  This act applies only to Robeson County.

SECTION 3.  This act becomes effective October 1, 2011, and applies to offenses committed on or after that date.
