SENATE BILL 154

AN ACT to abolish the Higher Education Bond Oversight Committee, which has completed its work.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 116D-5 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 12^th day of April, 2011.
