HOUSE BILL 15

AN ACT amending the charter of the city of lexington to dissolve the city's utilities commission.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 7.2 of the Charter of the City of Lexington, being Chapter 906 of the Session Laws of 1981, as amended by Chapter 806 of the Session Laws of 1985, Chapter 64 of the Session Laws of 1987, Chapter 542 of the Session Laws of 1989, Chapter 442 of the Session Laws of 1995, and S.L. 2002‑131, is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 27^th day of June, 2019.
