§ 143-151.21.  Disposition of fees.

Fees collected by the State Fire Marshal under this Article shall be credited to the Insurance Regulatory Fund created under G.S. 58-6-25. (1991, c. 689, s. 295; 2003-221, s. 10; 2023-151, s. 11.83.)
