§ 143-790.  Confidentiality; access to records.

(a) The records of the Section are not public records under G.S. 132-1.

(b) The Section shall exchange information as required by this Article.

(c) The Section may share information with other State and federal agencies as permitted or required by law. (2017-203, s. 1.)
