§ 160A-481.1.  Definitions.

The words defined in this section shall have the meanings indicated when used in this Part:

(1) Local government unit. - Defined in G.S. 159G-20 and G.S. 160A-460.

(2) Undertaking. - Defined in G.S. 160A-460. (2020-79, s. 3.)
