§ 58-33-80.  Discrimination forbidden.

No insurance producer or representative of any company doing the business of insurance as defined in G.S. 58-7-15 shall make any discrimination in favor of any person. (1987, c. 629, s. 1; 2022-46, s. 13(a).)
