§ 99C-13.  (Effective October 1, 2026) Public policy of waivers.

It is the public policy of the State of North Carolina that waivers of liability executed in conjunction with winter sports are an express acknowledgement of the inherent risks set out in G.S. 99C-1(1b) enumerated in that document.  (2026-49, s. 1(a).)
