S112 - Commercial Fishing Courses/Coastal Colleges (SL 2015-63)

Overview: S.L. 2015-63 urges all of the coastal community colleges to offer courses on commercial fishing and aquaculture, and requires the North Carolina Community Colleges System Office to provide technical assistance and report to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee on issues limiting the ability to offer such courses.

This act became effective June 11, 2015.
