S513 - North Carolina Farm Act of 2015, Sec. 23: Amend Definition of Mining Relative to Agricultural Activities (SL 2015-263)

Overview: Sec. 23 of S.L. 2015-263 amends the definition of mining to provide that mining does not include excavation or grading when conducted solely for activities undertaken on agricultural land that are exempt from the requirements of the Sedimentation Pollution Control Act.
