S513 - North Carolina Farm Act of 2015, Sec. 29: Clarify the Pesticide Board's Authority to Relicense and Recertify Licensees for Pesticide Dealers, Applicators, and Pest Control Consultants (SL 2015-263)

Overview: Sec. 29 of S.L. 2015-263 allows the Pesticide Board to grant license renewal for pesticide dealers, pesticide applicators, and pest control consultants by completion of continuing certification credit requirements. Previously, license renewals could only be issued by re-examination.
