H327 - Emergency Medical Service Personnel Technical Changes (SL 2015-290)

Overview: S.L. 2015-290 makes technical and conforming changes to the statutes governing the regulation of emergency medical personnel services to reflect new national standards and directs the North Carolina Medical Care Commission to amend its applicable rules consistent with the changes in the law.

This act became effective October 29, 2015.
