Overview: Sec. 12C.8 of S.L. 2015-241 requires the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Social Services to report on the comprehensive, statewide evaluation of the State's child protective services system to the Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services on or before March 1, 2016.
