H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 12H.4: Provider Application and Recredentialing Fee (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 12H.4 of S.L. 2015-241, as amended by Sec. 87.5 of S.L. 2015-264, requires the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medical Assistance to charge a $100 application fee, in addition to the federally required amount, to each provider enrolling in the Medicaid Program for the first time. The fee is to be charged to all providers at recredentialing every five years.

This section is effective July 1, 2015.
