H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 12H.6A: Study Medicaid Coverage for Visual Aids (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 12H.6A of S.L. 2015-241 requires the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medical Assistance, in consultation with the Department of Public Safety, to submit a report to the General Assembly by March 1, 2016, analyzing the fiscal impact to the State of reinstating Medicaid coverage for visual aids under a contract with the Department of Public Safety for fabrication of the eyeglasses at Nash Optical Plant Optical Laboratory.
