H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 12H.22: Increase Rates for Private Duty Nursing (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 12H.22 of S.L. 2015-241 requires the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medical Assistance, to increase the rate paid for private duty nursing services by 10%, effective January 1, 2016. Any State Plan amendments required to implement this section are not subject to the 90-day prior submission requirement under current law but must be submitted by January 1, 2016.

This section became effective July 1, 2015.
