Overview: Sec. 12H.7 of S.L. 2015-241 clarifies that assessments paid by hospitals under the Hospital Provider Assessment Act are not allowable costs for purposes of reimbursement through cost settlement, in accordance with existing language in the Medicaid State Plan.
