H558 - Reserve and National Guard/Military Affairs Commission (SL 2015-297)

Overview: S.L. 2015-297 adds two voting members to the North Carolina Military Affairs Commission to be appointed by the Governor. One of the new members must be a current or retired member of the North Carolina National Guard and the other one must be a current or retired member of one of a reserve component of the United States Armed Forces.

This act became effective October 30, 2015.
