Overview: Sec. 1.7 of S.L. 2015-286 directs the Joint Legislative Administrative Procedure Oversight Committee (APO) to review the recommendations contained in the Program Evaluation Division report entitled "Occupational Licensing Agencies Should Not be Centralized, but Stronger Oversight is Needed" to determine how to improve the oversight of occupational licensing boards. The section directs APO to consult with various interested parties in conducting its review and to propose legislation to the 2016 Session of the 2015 General Assembly.
