H364 - Clarify Laws on Executive Orders and Appointments (SL 2015-9)

Overview: S.L. 2015-9 amends conflict of interest provisions applicable to the Coal Ash Management Commission, the Environmental Review Commission, and the Coastal Resources Commission. It also modifies appointments to the North Carolina Longitudinal Data System Board, the Domestic Violence Commission, and the Governor's Crime Commission to remove members who are also members of the General Assembly.

This act became effective April 27, 2015.
