H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 15.1: Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina State Budget Act Exemption (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 15.1 of S.L. 2015-241 exempts the EDPNC (the North Carolina non-profit corporation with which the Department of Commerce has contracted to perform certain Departmental functions) from the administrative, oversight, and reporting requirements applicable to grantees under the State Budget Act.

This section became effective July 1, 2015.
