H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 27.3: Streamline Seized Vehicle Disposal (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 27.3 of S.L. 2015-241, as amended by Sec. 38.3 of S.L. 2015-264, transfers the responsibility for being one of the entities that stores and disposes of vehicles seized for various motor vehicle offenses from the Department of Public Instruction to the Department of Administration.
