H232 - Study/Update Bicycle Safety Laws (SL 2015-45)

Overview: S.L. 2015-45 directs the Department of Transportation to convene a working group to study bicycle safety laws and recommend changes to better ensure the safety of cyclists and motorists. The Department must report its findings to the Joint Legislative Transportation Oversight Committee by December 31, 2015.

This act became effective June 2, 2015.
