H350 - Restore Driving Privileges/Competency (SL 2015-165)

Overview: S.L. 2015-165 requires the Division of Motor Vehicles to restore a person's driving privilege upon notification from the clerk of court that the person has been adjudicated to be restored to competency.

This act became effective October 1, 2015.
