H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 29.15: Study/Turnpike Authority Processing Fee (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 29.15 of S.L. 2015-241 directs the Department of Transportation to study whether the amount of the processing fee set forth by statute is in excess of the actual cost to collect and process unpaid open road tolls. The Department must report its findings to the Joint Legislative Transportation Oversight Committee by March 1, 2016.
