H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 29.9: Right-Of-Way Acquisitions/Reduce Remnant Property (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 29.9 of S.L. 2015-241 requires the Department of Administration, in collaboration with the Department of Transportation, to develop a plan to reduce the amount of remnant property resulting from the acquisition of rights-of-way. The Departments must jointly report to the Joint Legislative Transportation Oversight Committee by February 1, 2016, on the development of the plan, and the Department of Administration must implement the plan by July 1, 2016.
