S513 - North Carolina Farm Act of 2015, Sec. 7: Amend Definition of "Agricultural Spreader Vehicle" and Increase Speed Limit for Agricultural Spreader Vehicles (SL 2015-263)

Overview: Sec. 7 of S.L. 2015-263 amends the definition of "agricultural spreader vehicle" to include vehicles designed for off-highway use on a farm to spread feed, and allow agricultural spreader vehicles that are exempt from the requirement of registration and certificate of title to travel at a speed of up to 45 miles per hour, increased from 35 miles per hour.

This section became effective September 30, 2015.
