Overview: Sec. 9 of S.L. 2015-263 clarifies that the weight limitation exceptions for transportation of agricultural products and supplies apply to vehicles carrying dairy products; transportation of agricultural products and supplies from a holding facility or to a feed mill; vehicles carrying water, fertilizer, pesticides, seeds, fuel, or animal waste to or from a farm; and vehicles carrying feed ingredients from a storage or holding facility to a mill or farm.

This section became effective October 1, 2015.
