H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 7.27: State Funded Information Technology Contracts (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 7.27 of S.L. 2015-241 directs all State agencies and their vendors, upon request by the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Information Technology or the Fiscal Research Division, to provide copies of State-funded information technology contracts, including any subsequent changes to the contracts.

This section became effective July 1, 2015.
