H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 8.45: Repeal Extracurricular Duties Restriction for Teachers with 27 or More Years of Experience (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 8.45 of S.L. 2015-241 repeals the prohibition on teachers with 27 or more years of experience being assigned extracurricular activities unless they request the assignments in writing. This section also repeals the requirement that other non-instructional duties assigned to these teachers be minimized.

This section became effective July 1, 2015.
