H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 8.34: Study on Juvenile Literacy Program (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 8.34 of S.L. 2015-241 directs the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee to study the results of the Juvenile Literacy Center program (program) in Wake County, North Carolina and report the results of the study and any recommendations on the expansion of the program, including proposed legislation, to the 2015 General Assembly upon the convening of the 2016 Regular Session.
