H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 8.22: Twelve-Month Personnel Positions for Vocational Agricultural Teachers (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 8.22 of S.L. 2015-241 prohibits local boards of education from reducing the term of employment in any future school year for any vocational agricultural teacher personnel position that was 12 calendar months for the 2014-2015 school year.
