H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 11.20: Western Governors University Challenge Grant (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 11.20 of S.L. 2015-241 authorizes $2 million in nonrecurring funds appropriated to the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina for the 2016-2017 fiscal year to be used as a challenge grant for Western Governors University. Western Governors University must raise $5 million in private funds to receive the $2 million allocation to establish a North Carolina campus.
