H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 14A.1 of S.L. 2016-94 amends the Outdoor Heritage Advisory Council by adding two additional members to the Council, one appointed by the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and one appointed by the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the Speaker of the House of Representatives. The two new members will serve an initial term of two years, beginning October 1, 2016.
