H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 16.4 of S.L. 2016-94 adds State Parks to an existing exemption for museums and historic sites operated by the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources from the requirement that the operation of food and vending services by State agencies be offered preferentially to blind persons. The provision also grandfathers from the exemption, any existing contract at a Department facility entered into prior to July 1, 2016.
