H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 12G.4 of S.L. 2016-94, as amended by Sec. 5.7 of S.L. 2016-123, repeals North Carolina's Certificate of Public Advantage laws effective September 30, 2016, and requires any party issued a certificate of public advantage prior to September 30, 2016, to issue a final report on its activities to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Attorney General by December 30, 2017. The report must include a description of the activities conducted, price and cost information, the nature and scope of activities conducted, the likely effect of those activities, a summary of activities and market impact of those activties through September 30, 2017, and any additional information requested by DHHS or the Attorney General.
