H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 12A.9 of S.L. 2016-94 amends the statute pertaining to the Office of Program Evaluation Reporting and Accountability in the Department of Health and Human Services, to remove the requirement that the Director have a minimum of ten years of experience in program evaluation and to specify that the required three years of experience at the management level must demonstrate increasing levels of responsibility within the field of program evaluation.

This section became effective July 1, 2016.
