H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 12E.6 of S.L. 2016-94 directs the Division of Public Health in the Department of Health and Human Services to report to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services and the Fiscal Research Division on its proposal for resolving the shortfall of funds in local health departments attributed to their adjustment to new Medicaid reimbursement rates by February 1, 2017.
