H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 12A.2 of S.L. 2016-94 repeals a provision in the Appropriations Act of 2015 that requires the Department of Health and Human Services to submit a monthly report to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services and the Fiscal Research Division on the status of the implementation of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision (ICD-10).

This section became effective July 1, 2016.
